Agreed with macray, the out door image looks to be stuck to the window/glass. Best to create a plane and add the look at cam tag and some glass for realism. apples need some slight spec. Good modeling though, almost there :-)

Thank you both for advice, now I will try add more reflection on window. Looks like I have done too little reflection on window.

The modelling is pretty good, but agree with macray411 about the window ~ it needs a little reflection.
Have a couple of bruises on the Apples ~ they are never perfect in life.
Liking the stone wall.
Great work. Keep it up !!

a light reflection on the apples would be good.
Also the window - texture the outside different, so it doesn't look like the window is covered in some picture wallpaper.

the modeling looks good.
Have you ever tried GI lighting with Cinema?
